Crab Cakes
๐จโ๐ณ Instructions
Melt margarine; add onions and celery.
Cook slowly for 5 minutes.
pepper,
cayenne,
mustard
and Worcestershire
sauce.
milk and diced bread.
Cook slowly until thickened.
Cool and let stand.
In a large bowl, add hard-boiled
meat, dash of salt, parsley and onion and mix.
Then add to cooled bread mixture and refrigerate
until cooled.
Make balls and shape.
Dip in flour, then egg and breadcrumbs.
Fry in deep fat for 4 to 6 minutes.
