Crab Cakes
Crab Cakes is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. margarine or butter, 1 tbsp. chopped onion, 1/3 c. diced celery, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt margarine; add onions and celery.
Cook slowly for 5 minutes.
Pepper, cayenne, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Milk and diced bread.
Cook slowly until thickened.
Cool and let stand.
In a large bowl, add hard-boiled meat, dash of salt, parsley and onion and mix.
Then add to cooled bread mixture and refrigerate until cooled.
Make balls and shape.
Dip in flour, then egg and breadcrumbs.
Fry in deep fat for 4 to 6 minutes.
