Crab Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. crabmeat, 1/3 c. bread crumbs, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp. salt and old bay to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Remove any shell or cartilage from crabmeat.
Place all ingredients (hold off on the oil) in bowl and mix together gently. Mold into cakes and cook in frying pan for 3 minutes on each side with just enough oil to prevent sticking.
