Crab Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crabmeat, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 egg yolk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix first seven ingredients together.
Press mixture into firm cakes (8 to 10).
Chill well.
Before serving, dip cakes in flour, then in egg beaten with water, then dip into bread crumbs.
