Crab Cakes
Crab Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. sea legs, coarsely chopped, 3/4 c. unseasoned bread crumbs, 1/4 c. finely chopped onions, 3 tbsp. parsley and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine sea legs, crumbs, onions and parsley in bowl.
Stir in milk and egg, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
Mix well. Shape into about 8 patties.
Add more bread crumbs if it is too moist.
Fry in oleo in large skillet.
Cook 2 minutes on each side, until brown.
