Crab Aspic
Crab Aspic is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. v-8 juice, 1 clove garlic, chopped fine, 1 pkg. lemon jello, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 tbsp. a.1. sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine 1 cup V-8 juice and garlic; bring to a boil.
Add jello; remove from heat and stir until jello is dissolved.
Add remaining V-8 juice and remaining ingredients except crab.
Stir well.
Add crab.
Pour into mold and chill until set.
Garnish with parsley, lemons, etc.
This is a delicious holiday salad that goes well with turkey.
