Cousin Tim Rice's Cheese
Cousin Tim Rice'S Cheese is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage cooked and well drained, 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated (sharp), 1 lb. velveeta cheese and 1 or 2 tbsp. picante sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown sausage, cook and drain.
Pat with paper towel.
Over low heat, melt Velveeta, grated cheese and sausage together.
Add picante sauce.
Microwaves well also.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan. Let stand.
When cool, cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
