Country Vanilla Ice Cream
Country Vanilla Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 1/4 c. sugar, 5 c. milk (i use skim), 4 c. heavy cream and 4 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs.
Continue to beat until mixture is very stiff.
Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into gallon freezer and freeze as directed (no cooking).
