Country Style Tea Cakes
Country Style Tea Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add vanilla and eggs one at a time; beat well.
Add part of the combined flour, baking soda and cream of tartar, alternating with milk until all is used.
Beat well after each addition.
Roll thin and cut with cookie cutter into desired shape.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
