Country Style Spareribs
Country Style Spareribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. beef broth, 1/2 c. peach preserves, 3 tbsp. vinegar, 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In bowl, combine beef broth, peach preserves, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and salt.
Place ribs in crock-pot.
Pour broth mixture over.
Place onion on top.
Cover and cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
Remove ribs to platter.
Keep warm.
Measure 1 1/2 cups liquid; combine water and flour.
Blend into reserved liquid in saucepan.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Serve over ribs and noodles.
