Country Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak (3/4-inch thick), 2 tbsp. cooking oil, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pound steak.
Cut into serving size pieces.
In skillet, brown steak in oil.
Pour off fat.
Stir in soup and water.
