Country Potatoes

Made with 8 medium to large potatoes, 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream, 1/4 c. butter (not margarine) and 1 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Peel potatoes and boil.
While potatoes are boiling, melt butter in saucepan.
Mix in soup and sour cream.
Drain potatoes and mix in soup and sour cream mixture, then add grated cheese and chives.
