Country Potatoes
Country Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 or 7 potatoes, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 3 tbsp. milk and 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Boil potatoes no more than 3 minutes with peels on.
Cool. Peel skins off and grate.
Add next 7 ingredients; mix well.
Put in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish; cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Next day, preheat oven to 325Β° and bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
Uncover and spread cornflakes and melted butter on top; bake 10 minutes more, uncovered.
