Lightly grease bottom of large skillet and brown chops. Season with salt and pepper.
Carrots and celery in bottom of 2-quart casserole.
Arrange
Pour excess fat from skillet.
Add remaining ingredients and blend and pour over meat.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.
