Country Meat Loaf
Country Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. ground pork sausage, 5 slices torn bread, 1/4 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine bread and milk in large mixing bowl.
Combine beef, sausage, onions, celery and eggs.
Mix well.
Combine rest of ingredients; mix well and pack into a greased loaf pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375Β°.
Pour off any extra fat before removing the loaf to a warm platter.
