Country French Chicken
Country French Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 2 c. water, 1 pkg. knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix and 1 slice lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large skillet, melt margarine over medium heat.
Add chicken; saute 4 minutes.
Stir in water, soup mix and lemon. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken; discard lemon.
