Country Company Potatoes
Country Company Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash browns, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 to 3 tbsp. minced onion, 1 tsp. salt and 1 c. crushed corn flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat 1/4 cup butter and chicken soup; mix in cheese, onion, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Stir until barely mixed with potatoes.
Pour out in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pat down level and top with corn flakes and 2 tablespoons butter (slice and dot over the corn flakes).
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.
