Country Club Squash
Country Club Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. squash, sliced, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 chopped onion, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook squash and onions
1/2 cup boiling water until tender.
Drain and mash.
Combine squash, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole.
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, butter paprika.
Sprinkle squash. Top with bacon crumbs.
Bake at 300Β° for 20 minutes.
