Country Church Pudding
Country Church Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can pie filling (cherry, apple or strawberry), 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (don't drain juice), 2 sticks oleo, 1 box yellow cake mix and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place pie filling in a 2-quart casserole dish, then pour crushed pineapple with juice on top of filling.
Mix pecans with cake mix, then sprinkle on top of pineapple.
Melt oleo and pour on top of cake mix.
