Country Chicken 'n' Biscuits
Country Chicken 'N' Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup, 3/4 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram, crushed, 2 c. frozen diced, cooked chicken and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a 10-inch skillet, combine the chicken soup, milk and marjoram.
Stir in frozen chicken and vegetables.
Bring mixture to boiling, then reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, tear cheese slices into several pieces.
Stir cheese into chicken mixture and cook until melted, then place the biscuits on top.
Cover.
Cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until biscuits are heated through.
