Country Chicken & Biscuits
Country Chicken & Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 jar hormel bacon bits/pieces, 2 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained, 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded and 1 can cream of chicken soup (condensed), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a greased 9 x 13-inch pan, combine chicken, bacon, vegetables and 1 cup cheese.
Blend soup and the milk and pour over casserole.
Bake covered at 400Β° for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix, milk and 1/2 can of onions.
Mix thoroughly and drop by spoonfuls to form biscuits around the edge of the casserole.
Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake 2-3 minutes until onions are toasted.
