Country Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 pt. sour cream, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup mix, 1 1/2 to 2 lb. cut up and skinned chicken and 1 pkg. chipped beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Line bottom of cookie sheet with beef.
