Country Casserole
Country Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed (i use about 3/4 lb.), 1 c. milk, 1/2 c. miracle whip, 2 c. chopped turkey or chicken, cooked and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat Velveeta, milk and salad dressing over low heat.
Stir until sauce is smooth. Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes or until hot.
