Cottage Cheese Salad
Cottage Cheese Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can (#303) crushed pineapple, undrained, 2 c. water, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 pkg. lemon jello and 2 cartons cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix pineapple, water sugar and jello; bring to a boil for one minute.
Put in large bowl until it starts to jell.
Add cottage cheese, dream whip, nuts and cherries; fold into mixture.
Grease a 9 x 12 pan with mayonnaise, and pour in ingredients.
Let sit 24 hours in refrigerator before serving.
