Cottage Cheese Salad
Cottage Cheese Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 5 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and 15 maraschino cherries, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add marshmallows, stirring until melted.
Stir in pineapple.
Chill until thick, but not firm.
Add cherries, pecans and cottage cheese; fold in whipped cream.
Pour into an oiled 2-quart mold.
Chill until firm.
Makes 8 servings.
