Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 c. boiling water, 1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain), 1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese and 8 oz. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
