Cottage Cheese Rolls
Cottage Cheese Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 1/2 c. water, 1 tsp. sugar, 2 c. cottage cheese and 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Dissolve yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in water.
Heat cottage cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and salt until warm, not hot.
Combine flour and soda in a large bowl.
Add heated mixture and eggs.
Knead until thoroughly mixed.
Let rise until double.
Punch down. Shape into 2-inch balls and place 1 inch apart in a greased pan. Let rise 30 minutes.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
