Cottage Cheese Kolaczki
Cottage Cheese Kolaczki is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. margarine, 4 c. sifted flour, 1 carton (1 lb.) creamed cottage cheese and 2 cans prepared fruit filling (apricot, prune, pineapple, nut, etc.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut margarine into flour as for pie dough.
Add cottage cheese and mix well.
Knead until fairly smooth.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
Roll out 1/8-inch thick on well floured board.
Cut into 2 or 3-inch squares.
Put a small teaspoonful of filling in center of each.
Pinch together opposite corners.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
