Cottage Cheese Crumb Cake
Cottage Cheese Crumb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 2 c. flour, 1 egg and 3/4 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In large bowl, add the brown sugar, butter and flour.
Mix as you would for pie dough.
Take out 3/4 cup and set aside.
To the large bowl, add the egg, cottage cheese, milk and baking soda.
Beat on high speed.

Pour into a 7 x 10 loaf pan and sprinkle the saved 3/4 cup of crumb mixture on top.
