"Corny" Cornbread
"Corny" Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box jiffy cornbread mix, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 stick margarine, melted (1/2 stick works), 1 c. sour cream (i have used plain yogurt) and 1 small can creamed corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
