Cornpatch Cornsticks

Set oven at 425Β°.
Melt butter in oven in cornstick pan or shallow muffin tin.
Mix meal, flour, baking powder, soda and salt together.
Mix corn and egg; stir in cornmeal mixture until just mixed.
Stir in hot butter and pour into sizzling pan.
Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes about 10 ears or muffins.
