Cornflake Cookie Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cornflakes, crushed, 1 c. peanut butter (creamy), 2/3 c. karo (light) syrup and 2/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In large bowl, mix cornflakes and peanut butter together.
In small saucepan, heat syrup and sugar until it reaches a boil. Take off heat and pour over cornflake mixture.
Shape into balls and place on wax paper on cookie sheet.
Refrigerate.
