Corned Beef Supper Sandwiches
Corned Beef Supper Sandwiches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can corned beef hash, 1 c. cracker crumbs, 1 egg, beaten, 2 tbsp. water and 8 slices rye bread, spread with mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Slice corned beef hash into 8 patties.
Roll in cracker crumbs.
Dip in beaten egg, mixed with water, and then again in the crumbs.
Fry in small amount of oil.
On each slice of bread, spread with mustard.
Place cheese, onion and tomato slice and top with corned beef patty.
Broil until cheese begins to melt.
Makes 8 sandwiches.
