Corned Beef Salad
Corned Beef Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, shredded and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine gelatin and boiling water in a large bowl. Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Let mixture cool to room temperature.
Add 3/4 cup mayonnaise and mix well.
Fold in corned beef, celery, green pepper and eggs.
Mix well.
Turn into a lightly oiled or "Pam" sprayed 13 x 9 x 2-inch or 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or 1-quart ring mold.
Refrigerate until set.
Serve on lettuce-lined salad plates.
