Corned Beef Salad
Corned Beef Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) box lemon jello, 1 3/4 c. boiling water, 3 hard boiled eggs (chopped), 1 c. celery (chopped fine) and 2 tbsp. green pepper (chopped), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve
Jell-O boiling water; chill.
Blend in chopped celery, green peppers and onions.
Mix mayonnaise and corned together and add to gelatin mixture. Spread a small amount of mayonnaise in the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Add mixture and refrigerate overnight. Serves 8 to 10.
