Corned Beef Salad
Corned Beef Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) box lemon jell-o, 3 1/2 c. hot water, 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, 2 c. celery and 2 tbsp. green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Chill until partially set.
Add shredded corned beef, finely chopped onion and celery, grated eggs, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan, sprayed lightly with Pam.
When set, cut in squares.
Serve on lettuce.
