Corned Beef Salad
Corned Beef Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jell-o, 3 1/2 c. water, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. vinegar and 1 large can corned beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat 2 cups water to boiling; dissolve Jell-O in it.
Add remaining water.
Pull apart corned beef.
Chop onion, eggs, pepper and celery, fine.
Add to Jell-O.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan, or mold.
Chill.
