Corned Beef Salad
Corned Beef Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 tsp. plain gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water, 1 small pkg. lemon jello, 1 c. boiling water and 1/2 c. cold water or pickle juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Put gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
Dissolve jello in 1 cup of boiling water.
Put these ingredients plus 1/2 cup cold water or pickle juice, corned beef (broken into several pieces), salad dressing, mustard and Worcestershire sauce into blender.
Mix in blender, then add all other ingredients.
Pour into rectangular Pyrex dish.
Chill overnight in refrigerator.
Serves 10.
