Corned Beef Pasties is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can corned beef hash, 1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish and 1 (9 1/2 oz.) pkg. refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a bowl, combine corned beef, pineapple, cheese and horseradish. On a lightly floured surface, roll each biscuit into a 5-inch circle. Place about 1/4 cup corned beef mixture on half a biscuit, leaving an edge of pastry for sealing; fold in half. Seal edges with tines of fork. Prick tops. Place on baking sheet; let stand 15 minutes. Bake in preheated 400Β° oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 10 pasties.
