Corned Beef Cheese Ball
Corned Beef Cheese Ball is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. (12 oz.) corned beef, 8 oz. small curd cottage cheese, 1/4 c. sliced scallions, 1/4 c. minced green pepper and 2 tbsp. minced parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Crumble corned beef into add cottage cheese, scallions, peppers, parsley and seasonings.
Mix well.
Chill several hours to blend flavors and to firm mixture. (It can be left overnight in fridge.)
Remove mixture from bowl and shape into a ball.
Spread cream cheese evenly over ball.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to be used.
