Corned Beef Casserole
Corned Beef Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. pared and sliced potatoes, salt and pepper to taste, 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup and 1/3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Spread potatoes evenly over bottom of well oiled casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Break corned beef in fairly large pieces.
Spread evenly over the potatoes in layers.
Combine soup and water.
Blend thoroughly.
Place in small saucepan over low heat.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Pour over meat and potato mixture and cover.
Bake in moderate oven, about 325Β°, for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Serve hot.
