Cornbread Salad
Cornbread Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. mexican cornbread mix, 1 (15 oz.) can whole corn, drained, 1 onion, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped and 1 1/2 tomatoes, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook cornbread according to package directions.
Cool completely and crumble into a large bowl.
Add corn, onion, pepper, tomatoes, cheese, bacon and eggs.
Mix mayonnaise and salad dressing together in a small bowl.
