Cornbread Dressing
Cornbread Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. crumbled cornbread, 2 c. crumbled toast crumbs, 4 1/2 c. chicken, pork or turkey stock, 3 boiled eggs and 1 c. grated celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix cornbread with bread crumbs and add boiling stock.
Cover and set for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add chopped boiled eggs, celery, onion and bell pepper.
Bake in a well-greased pan at 375Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Since stock and bread are already seasoned, add salt and pepper only if desired.
Makes 8 cups.
