Cornbread is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. self-rising flour, 1 c. yellow corn meal, 1 egg, 1 c. buttermilk and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Sift flour and meal together.
In a separate bowl, beat egg; add buttermilk and oil.
