Corn-Yellow Rice Casserole
Corn-Yellow Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (5 oz.) pkg. yellow rice, 1 can mexicorn (corn, liquid and all), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 stick margarine and 1 c. shredded cheese (sharp cheddar or kind you prefer), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook rice according to directions on package.
When rice is done, add margarine, corn with liquid and cream of chicken soup. Mix and pour into a casserole dish.
Bake until done (about 20 minutes).
Do not cover dish.
When done, spread cheese over top and return to oven for cheese to melt.
Bake at 350Β°.
Serves 8.
