Corn Vegetable Medley
Corn Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. milk, 1 can new golden corn soup, 2 c. broccoli flowerets, 1 c. sliced carrots and 1 c. cauliflower, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In saucepan, heat milk and soup to boiling.
Stir in raw broccoli, carrots and cauliflower.
Return to boiling.
Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. (Add extra milk, if needed, to keep from boiling dry.)
Stir in Cheddar cheese.
Heat through and serve.
