Corn Tortilla Casserole
Corn Tortilla Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen corn tortillas, 2 c. grated cheese (monterey jack or cheddar make a good combination), 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, 1 c. milk and 1 small can diced green chili, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
To fresh tortillas, dip in hot fat and drain.
The tortillas should still be soft.
To make sauce, mix 1/2 of cheese with soup.
Add 2/3 soup can of milk.
Stir in green chili.
To make casserole, put spoonful of sauce in dish as it greasing it.
Then layer tortillas and cheese sauce.
Cover with remaining cheese sauce.
Bake 50 minutes.
