Corn-Tomato Scallop
Corn-Tomato Scallop is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 (15 oz.) can corn, 1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes and 1 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream a medium size onion in butter until soft, but not brown. Add corn to onion.
In casserole dish, put 1/2 can of tomatoes. Then add corn and onion mixture.
Finish with other 1/2 of tomatoes.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake in a medium hot oven about 35 minutes.
Serve while hot.
