Corn Stix
Corn Stix is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal, 1/2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl.
Add egg, milk and oil.
Stir until smooth.
Stir in onions (optional).
Coat pan with Pam.
Heat stick pan in oven at 425° until hot.
Remove pan from oven and spoon in batter 2/3 full.
Return pan to oven and bake at 425° for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly brown.
Yields 1 dozen sticks.
