Corn Sausage Chowder
Corn Sausage Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, 1 c. chopped onion, 4 c. cubed potatoes, 1 tsp. salt and 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook sausage and onion until sausage is browned and onion tender.
Drain on paper towel.
Return sausage to kettle with potato, salt, marjoram, pepper and water.
Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
Add corn and evaporated milk.
Heat through.
